SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS?

When you buy something from our shop, as part of the buying and selling process, we compile the personal details that you provide us with, such as your name, address and electronic address.

When you browse through our products, we also automatically receive the Internet protocol team address (IP) so that we may have information to help us learn about your browser and operating system. Marketing via email (in your case): with your permission, we can send you emails about our shop, new products and other updates.

SECTION 2 - CONSENT

How does my consent arrive?

When you provide us with personal details in order to complete a transaction, verify a credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or refund, we assume that you accept our taking and using this information solely for this purpose.

If we ask for your personal details for any secondary purpose, such as marketing, either we will ask you directly for your express consent or invite you to decline it. 

How can I withdraw my consent?

SECTION 3 - SHARING

We may reveal your personal details if obliged to do so by law or if you infringe our Terms of Service. 

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY

Our shop is located at Shopify Inc. They provide us with a platform of electronic online trading through which we can sell our products and services to you. All details are stored via Shopify data storage, databases and general applications at Shopify. Data are stored at a safe server behind a firewall.

Payment:

If you choose a direct payment gateway to purchase your product, then Shopify will store the details of your credit card. It will be coded in the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your transaction details are stored only for as long as it takes to complete the transaction. After that has been done the transaction information will be deleted.

All the links to direct payment adhere to the standards established by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of trademarks, such as  Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Requirements for PCI-DSS help to guarantee safe handling of credit card information for shops and service providers.

SECTION 5 - THIRD PARTY SERVICES

In general, third party providers used by us only compile, use and share your details for the necessary means to be able to fulfill the duty of the service that they provide us with.

However, some third party service providers, such as payment gatways and other payment transaction processors, have their own private policies regarding the information that we are obliged to provide them with for transactions related to purchases.

For these providers,we recommend that you read their privacy policies in order to understand in what way your personal details will be managed by them. In particular, remember that some providers may be located in or dispose of premises abiding by a different jurisdiction than yours or ours. Therefore, in the case of using a third party service for your transaction, it will follow that your information will be subject to the laws relevant to them.

As an example, if you are in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway found in the U.S., your personal details used in the transaction will be subject to U:S. legislation, including the Patriot Law.

Once you leave our shop's webpage or redirect to a third party service, you are no longer within the bounds of this privacy policy or of our webpage Terms of Service.

When you click on links to our shop, you may be directed to other sites. We cannot be held responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and we recommend that you always read their own privacy policies.

Google Analytics:

Our shop uses Google Analytics to help us learn about who visits our website and which pages are being studied.

SECTION 6 - SECURITY

In order to protect your personal information we take reasonable precautions and follow the industry's best practices to ensure that no inappropriate losses occur, there is no misuse, access, sharing, altering or destroying. If you provide us with your credit card details, this information is encrypted using secure connection technology (SSL) and is stored with an AES-256 code. Although no method of transmission by internet or electronic storage is 100% safe, we fulfill all the requirements of PCI-DSS and apply the industry's regulations that are generally accepted.

SECTION 7 - COOKIES

Below is a list of the cookies that we use. We have ennumerated them here so that you may choose whether or not to remove them.

_session_id, single token, sessions. Allows Shopify to store information about the session (reference, destination page, etc).

_shopify_visit, there are no data held for more than 30 minutes after the last visit, used by the internal statistics followed by our website provider to register the number of visits.

_shopify_uniq, there are no data that will not expire at midnight (in relation to the visit) of the following day. The number of visits to a shop by a single client are counted.

basket, single token, lasting for 2 weeks, information is stored about basket contents.

_secure_session_id, single token, sessions.

storefront_digest, single token, indefinite if the shop has a password, this will be used to determine whether or not the current visitor has access.

SECTION 8 - AGE OF CONSENT

By using this site you are declaring that you are over the age of consent in your state or place of residence and that you have given us your consent to anyone under age dependent on you to use this site.

SECTION 9 - CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any moment, so please review it regularly. Changes and clarifications take effect as soon as they are published on our webpage.If we make any material changes to this policy, you will be notified here of such changes in order to keep you up to date on what information we collect, how we use it, and under which circumstances, if any it may be used or shared.

If our shop is taken over or merged with another company, your details may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue selling you our products.
