What shipping or delivery methods are available?

We send all orders via a courier service. When you make the payment for your purchase you should indicate the address and form of deliver and you will receive your order faster than you may realise. 

When will my order be delivered?

Depending on which form of delivery you choose, your order will arrive within 24 hours (urgent delivery) or upto 72 hours (free delivery). Shipment and delivery of orders is made every day at 2 pm, therefore it is advisable to place your order before this time in order to receive it as soon as possible.  If you order after this time it will be sent after 2 pm the following day. Please bear in mind deliveries are made from Monday to Friday only and do not include holidays.

Shipments to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla include an extra cost because of customs and may possibly arrive one or two days later than indicated date, but we will do our best to make sure it is as soon as possible.

Who can help me to choose a product?

We will be delighted to do so! If there is one thing we like doing it is advising which is the best product for each need and thus giving you 100% satisfaction. We have a chatline open every morning from Monday to Friday or you can send an email to  info@barbazul.com at any time and we will attend to you as soon as possible.

I live outside Spain. Do you have an international delivery service?

Greetings from Spain!

Yes, we deliver to any country in the world. All you have to do is indicate delivery address (and country) when you purchase your product and we will do the rest. The result will be worthwhile. 

How can I return a product?

Very easy. Send us an email at info@barbazul.com or phone us and we will arrange the return with you directly. We recommend in any case that you read our returns policy. For any other issue unrelated to placing an order, we will be at your service faster via our contact form.

Do I need to be registered to place an order?

No. You can place your order without being registered. However, may we take this opportunity to recommend that you do register with us so that, as well as enjoying exclusive discounts to members only, you will also be able to follow the records of your orders as well as the orders you have placed. 

How do I place my order? 

From our website www.barbazul.com, all you have to do is add to your basket any products you wish to purchase and then make your payment.

My discount voucher doesn't work, what to do next?

Make sure that the voucher has not been used before, that you do not leave any spaces either before or after it and that it fulfills all the conditions of use. It may give you some problem if you copy and paste it directly, in which case it is better to write it manually. In any case, we are at your disposal on the chatline, by email or on the phone for any consultation you may require.  

Is it safe to buy online?

We are very aware of safety issues. We work with Paypal and payment gateways which comply with the highest standards (PCI DSS level 1), as well as an SSL certificate during the payment process which keeps all your data safe at all times.  

Which methods of payment  are accepted? 

We accept  payment by credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), as well as PayPal.
