Returns/Refunds

If for any reason you wish to return a product, you may do so within 15 days of receiving the article. Once this period is over we cannot give a refund. To do this, the article must be unopened, untouched and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

The following articles may not be returned

In order that the refund be completed you will need to get in touch with us firsthand by sending an email to info@barbazul.com or by phoning us at 910 869 318 from 09:00 to 14:00. Otherwise we will not be able to deal with your case.

 

Refunding 

 

Once we have received the merchandise and checked it fulfills the conditions, we will send you an email notifying you of receipt of your article. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or not. if it has been approved we will proceed with the refund immediately.

We remind you that in some cases refunds from credit card payments may take several days. If you are waiting for a refund you may get in touch with your bank to see when it appears in your account, given that there may be a slight time delay.

If you have done all this and have not yet received your refund, please contact us by sending an email to info@barbazul.com.

 

Discounts and sales 

 

Only normally-priced articles may be refunded. Unfortunately articles that are in the sales or have had a discount cannot be refunded.
